Chocolate chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
¼ a cup of melted butter
CHEESECAKE:
24 ounces cream cheese
¾ a cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup of chocolate chip cookie dough
Directions :
Combine the crumbs, sugar and butter, then press onto the bottom on a 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. In a bowl combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Then add the eggs. Then drop in the cookie dough batter and mix gently. Pour into the crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 250 and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes. Chill when done.
