Chocolate Chunk Cookie
2 ½ cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup or 2 sticks of butter
½ cup white sugar
¾ a cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Preheat the oven to 350. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside. Then in another bowl, mix together the butter and sugars. Then mix in the vanilla and eggs. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Roll cookies into balls and place onto cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes (chewy) or 15 (crispy) Makes 18 cookies
