Lemon Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 ½ sticks softened butter
1 cup of granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon lemon extract
9 ounces mini chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 325 .In a bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, and coriander, set aside. In another bowl mix together the butter and sugars, then add the eggs and lemon extract. Slowly add the flour mixture. Lastly add the chocolate chips. Place dough in rounded spoonfuls onto the cookie sheet. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 14 to 15 minutes. This recipe yields about 48 cookies
