Soft Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients:
4 ½ cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 cups of softened butter
1 ½ cups of brown sugar
1 ½ cups of white sugar
2 (3.4 oz) of instant vanilla pudding packages
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
4 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups of chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350. Sift together the flour and baking soda and set aside. Then in another bowl cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar, then beat in the instant pudding mix. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Then mix in the sifted ingredients. Lastly stir in the nuts and chocolate chips. Place onto the cookie sheet in rounded spoonfuls and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
